The order I got was just like what was displayed on the site. Shipping took a bit longer than I thought it would, but hey, it was the holiday season, so I can’t really complain too much. I did receive the package on the day the tracking indicated, which was nice. The quality of the product is truly fantastic! I was a bit hesitant about buying from a site I hadn’t heard of before, and the price for Timberland boots was so low that I wondered if they were fakes. But, lo and behold, the boots are the real deal and just what I was looking for! The only minor issue is that I ordered a size up based on some reviews, and they’re still a tad tight. But I reckon wearing them around the house with some thick socks for a few days should help stretch them out! Overall, I’m really pleased with my buy, and I’d definitely give it a 10/10 recommendation. I’m so excited that I’ve already started eyeing another pair of boots while they’re still on sale. They’ve got Timberland boots that you just can’t find in stores! Totally worth it!!

What a total disappointment! I ordered a ParJumpers Gobi Jacket after going through a price match since I spotted it cheaper on ssense.com. I wanted to support the local economy, so I went ahead and got a size large, just like my other three PJ jackets—two Jayden and one Last Minute. When the Gobi arrived, it was way too big, so I sent it back, expecting a refund like you usually get from other stores. But then I found out your policy only gives store credit (seriously, who actually reads those policies before buying???). Now I’m stuck waiting for you to process the return, and on top of that, your stock is pretty low. Honestly, if there was a way to give a negative rating, you’d be getting it all!

I picked up a jacket for my wife's birthday during the Black Friday sale, but it never showed up. I reached out to customer service to explain what happened. After some back and forth via email, they eventually sent a replacement for the missing item. It took a bit longer than expected, but I appreciate their effort to resolve the issue. The main trouble lies with FedEx, who seems to be forging signatures and not delivering items that need a signature to the actual homeowner. Big thanks to Boutique Tag for sorting out the missing jacket!
